Caitlan has been teaching Pilates in Hobart since 2024, offering Mat and Reformer sessions with thoughtful guidance.

In 2026, she founded Oneday Pilates to share intentional movement in spaces designed for both practice and presence, creating a calm, grounding experience for every participant.
