The August Pass reserves your mat for four consecutive Wednesday evening mat Pilates classes - a gentle commitment.

  • Wednesday 5 August | 6.45pm

  • Wednesday 12 August | 6.45pm

  • Wednesday 19 August | 6.45pm

  • Wednesday 26 August | 6.45pm

Each week will explore a different quality of movement and attention, creating space to move intentionally and pause in the middle of the week.

Limited to ten passes.

Pass sales close at 8pm on Sunday 2 August 2026.

Casual bookings will open for any remaining places.

The Experience

Oneday Pilates offers small-group mat classes centered on intentional movement in considered spaces across Hobart. Our sessions aim to feel both grounding and quietly challenging. Classes are suitable for all levels.

  • Slow, controlled mat-based movement

  • Calm, minimal environment

  • Thoughtful cueing and guidance

  • Small class size (up to 10 people) to maintain calm, considered class setting

Before You Arrive

  • Wear clothing you are comfortable to move in

  • Bring water

  • Mats are provided

Find Us

  • Classes are located in the Dance Hall (Upstairs) at Mount Stuart Memorial Hall (14 Byard St, Mount Stuart TAS).

    • Enter at double doors under ‘Mount Stuart Memorial Hall’ sign on upper level.

    • Mount Stuart is located close to Lenah Valley, New Town and North Hobart.

  • There is free street parking surrounding the Hall.

  • This location has on-site bathroom facilities.

The August Pass is considered a class pack and is subject to the Class Pack Terms and Conditions:

  • The Pass (including any transferred class) expires on 31 August 2026, with any unused classes forfeited after this date.

  • The Pass is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to a friend or family member with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled class.

  • Missed classes cannot be refunded, credited or carried forward.
